Thyristor shunt inverter medium frequency complete sets of equipment

  • Medium frequency power supply power 50~20,000kW, medium frequency melting/holding furnace capacity 50~40,000kg. meltable metals cover steel, iron, copper, aluminium and other ferrous/non-ferrous materials. The frequency range is from 150 to -4000Hz.
  • The power density of the melting furnace is routinely selected according to 500-600kW/tonne, and the melting speed is 70-90 minutes/per furnace; the power density greater than 600kW/tonne is a fast furnace, and the melting speed is 40-60 minutes/per furnace.
  • For high power and large capacity medium frequency equipment, the main circuit design adopts 12/24 pulse rectification technology, which can significantly reduce the harmonic interference to the power supply grid. The supply voltage adopts 660/850/1000/1500V high voltage input, which can reduce the power loss of the circuit, improve the heating efficiency, save energy, and reduce cost.
