Liaoning Taifu Co., Ltd., an enterprise that grew up with radial drilling machines, built a new manufacturing base for the entire industrial chain of CNC machine tools and radial drilling machines and a radial drilling machine remanufacturing base in 2010 to protect and inherit the quality and brand of radial drilling machines. The company is located in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 78,000 square meters, with a modern workshop of 55,000 square meters, of which the 15,000 square meter processing workshop is equipped with more than 200 sets of various large and medium-sized high-precision and special processing equipment and precision testing equipment such as the HF-5M gantry pentahedron processing center of Shin Nippon Koki. The 13,000 square meter assembly workshop has a 3,000 square meter constant temperature assembly area, and the 6,000 square meter painting workshop is equipped with an ABB robot automatic painting line. The sheet metal welding workshop supporting the main machine covers an area of 6,000 square meters.

Core 1 factory's own radial drilling machine spindle box processing workshop
The spindle box is the core component that carries all the movements and cutting functions. We inherited all the special machines from Zhongjie Boring Machine Factory. Multi-axis boring machines and milling machines process simultaneously to ensure the consistency of the size and position accuracy of each axis. Unlike other processes. Core 2 Own radial drill spindle production and assembly workshop
As the core component of radial drilling machines, the spindle not only requires high processing and assembly accuracy, but also has strict requirements on mechanical properties such as product hardness. We adhere to the process standards of Zhongjie Drilling and Boring Machine Factory to ensure that the working accuracy of the drilling and tapping machine meets the requirements.

Core 3 has its own large parts processing workshop
We have our own large parts finishing shop, which guarantees the overall accuracy and production progress of the radial drilling machine, rather than outsourcing the processing to other factories.

Core 4 16,000 square meters of standard machine tool assembly workshop meets order capacity
The 3050 radial drilling machine production line, the 3080 and 30100 heavy radial drilling machine production lines, and the CNC machining center machine tool production line are all assembled and produced in this factory.
