Adopts integral box casting bed with five-face rib reinforcement design, together with the industry’s first Z-axis dual-module composite guideway system, to achieve the basic dynamic and static stiffness increased by 40%. After testing and certification, the structure of the continuous heavy cutting conditions in the XY axis positioning accuracy of 0.006mm, Z-axis 0.01mm, repeat positioning accuracy of XY axis 0.004mm, Z-axis 0.006mm, to meet the standards of precision machine tools.
